Your order will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. However, delivery times may be longer during promotional periods.

Even if your order was shipped with free shipping, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer in case of returns made under the right of withdrawal. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
Returns of hairnets, underwear, and personal hygiene products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
