Delivery and Return Conditions

Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered to your address within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. However, delivery times may be longer during promotional periods.

Delivery Address: It is important that you enter the correct recipient's name and address for your order. Our company is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect address information.

Cancellation, Refund and Exchange

Return Policy: According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you can return the product you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are only valid for products that meet the return conditions.

Return Process: To return a product, you must completely fill out the return form found on the back of the order slip inside the shipping package, and then return the product along with its original box and packaging.
Additionally, any free gift item sent as part of the campaign must also be returned along with the product.
You can return the product to our contracted DHL company, specifying the return form and return tracking number 278776969.

Return Policy: Even if your order was shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost for returns made under the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered by our company.
Returns of hairnets, underwear, and personal hygiene products are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

For orders placed with promotional campaigns such as Buy 3 Get 2 Free or Discount on the Second Item in the Cart, returns are only processed if all items are returned intact.
In case of incomplete shipments, refunds will only be issued after all items have been shipped.
If a buyer takes advantage of a bulk purchase campaign and then wishes to return fewer items than the campaign quantity, the products will be revalued at their original, non-campaign prices.

Refund Processing: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions. If approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on bank processes, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Period: In case of an exchange, the return or exchange request must be made within 14 days. This is limited to the withdrawal period.

Return Shipping Fee: For exchanges made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer; however, for defective or incorrectly sent products, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the seller.

Order Cancellation: Consumers have the right to cancel their orders, but the cancellation request must be made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the consumer's right to cancel expires.
