Membership and Terms of Use

If the stated conditions are not suitable for you, please do not use edscarfs.com. By using the site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Terms of Use and Safety Rules
edscarfs.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following written circumstances, the site administration may block a member's access to the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following actions:
1.a. Recording information on the site that is incorrect, disorganized, incomplete, misleading, contains statements that are contrary to general moral principles, or violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey is prohibited.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content, in whole or in part.
1.c. Users are directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information such as usernames and passwords, or usage rights, provided to or chosen by the user, with third parties or organizations (or from the use of this information by persons other than the user). Similarly, users may not use another person's IP address, email address, username, or other personal information on the internet, nor may they access or use other users' private information without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, preventing the operation of the site and the software used, carrying out or attempting to carry out such activities, and obtaining, deleting, or modifying information.
2. Responsibilities
2.a. Information about users visiting edscarfs.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to provide them with better service. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with on advertising and other matters, subject to privacy terms, in order to expand and improve content. The aim here is to improve the user experience and develop edscarfs.com.
2.b. After completing the required sections for registration and confirming their email address, edscarfs.com users may begin using the edscarfs.com website by entering their email address and password, provided they comply with the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
2.c. While using the edscarfs.com website and services, the user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decrees and legal regulations concerning the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications published by edscarfs.com regarding its services. The user is solely responsible for all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities that may arise from usage contrary to these notifications and laws.
2.d. If it is determined that the user fails to comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the edscarfs.com website, the user's access to edscarfs.com may be blocked temporarily or permanently and/or their account may be closed by edscarfs.com.
2.e. The user may not engage in any actions that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using edscarfs.com, nor may they overload/lock the servers or databases by installing automated programs. They may not attempt any fraudulent activities. If they do, they accept that their membership will be terminated and that they will be liable for all legal and criminal consequences arising from the situation.
2.g. The user may not delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark, and all other Intellectual and Artistic Property Law notices from any material copied or printed from edscarfs.com.
2.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through edscarfs.com. Users who terminate their membership will have their access to the site revoked. The person canceling their membership acknowledges that this action is irreversible.
2.j. The relationships between site users and each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals involved.
2.m. Certain sections of the site may have specific rules and obligations. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
2.n. To read about the measures we take to protect our users' personal information and privacy, and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.
2. The user acknowledges and agrees that the payment information (credit card, mobile phone number, etc.) they will use for purchases made through the site is accurate, and that they are solely responsible for any legal and criminal liabilities arising from such information.
3. Notification Addresses
3.a. edscarfs.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to edscarfs.com will be considered the legal email address for all notifications related to this agreement.
3.b. The parties agree that unless they notify the other party in writing of any changes to their current email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to the old email addresses will be considered valid and deemed to have been received by them.
3.c. Furthermore, any notification sent by edscarfs.com using the user's registered email address will be considered to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by edscarfs.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the clauses in this participation agreement and that the information they have provided is accurate.
